Screened Porch Builders
|
A Deck Masters screened porch, gives homeowners the opportunity to enjoy the
outdoors, while being protected from the sun, rain and insects. The room is
fully constructed with cedar and is highlighted with the exposed rafter look.
Our porches also have removable fiberglass screen panels and a fiberglass
screen bur barrier beneath the floor. Flooring options are TimberTech and
premium grade pressure treated. Our 24" high kneewall is constructed of
tongue and groove cedar on the interior and cedar lap siding on the exterior.
Our electric package includes outlets, a floodlight or coach light, a light and
fan hook up as well as all necessary switches. As always, we match shingles,
gutters and downspouts, when style/color is available. Permits, plans, and
inspections arranged by Deck Masters.
